Experience
I've been a successful self-employed tutor with over 13 years of teaching experience. I work mostly with high school students and college freshmen. I am able to earn the trust of my students through my youthful personality and provide them with a patient and encouraging environment to learn. Students I have worked with have improved at least one letter grade or have been able to maintain high grades. Competent in many levels of math and science: on-level, honors, and AP. Because of this, I have been able to remain with students from junior high all the way up to graduation. I have been teaching some of my students for up to 6 years! I am also now able to offer live, online tutoring! The tutoring website I use has a live, interactive whiteboard that the student and I can use and audio/video capabilities.
