I am currently a full-time student at California State University of Fullerton and studying child development to become an elementary teacher.
Experience
I have tutored for 1.5 years for a Kumon Learning Center in Garden Grove. Now going on 4 years, I am working for a non-profit organization: Boys & Girls Club for a Garden Grove School District's after school program. I have worked with many elementary sites and students in my very own classroom with 20+ students at a time. The growing and understanding of children's academics, cognitive development and extracurricular activity is important to me. My passion is to help them succeed, blossom, and love all that they do. From experience, I have gained a great amount of knowledge from working with students from grade 1-6 and I would be glad to work with any student that needs the support and someone to count on! Summer is right around the corner! It is a great time for your child to to strengthen skills, improve in certain subject areas and be prepared for the upcoming year :)
