I'm attending California State Polytechnic University for my bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. I believe the learning never stops, and students should always be trying to challenge themselves to learn more. I started tutoring as a college freshman, and I really enjoy helping students develop a comprehension of math. I show students how math applies in their everyday lives, even in shopping and pizza. This makes abstract concepts easier to visualize, understand, and retain. I'm looking forward to helping students with trigonometry, algebra one and two, pre-algebra, geometry, middle school math, and music theory. In my free time, I like to play the piano, hike, run, eat good food, and volunteer with youth groups.
